Business Development Manager

Reports to: Company Directors

Main Purpose of the Role: Paragon Traffic Management is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive business growth through market research, identifying new opportunities, and creating strategic plans. The role involves sourcing new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Main Duties and Tasks:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
  • Develop strategies to achieve business goals
  • Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs
  • Attend industry events and stay updated with market trends
  • Create and work towards sales forecasts
  • Understand the competitive landscape and position our services effectively
  • Recognize opportunities for distribution channels and campaigns
  • Promote company services and prepare persuasive sales presentations
  • Collaborate with Company Directors on strategic relationships
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards
