Many telecommunications works can take place on and around highways and can lead to major obstructions. Nevertheless, through careful planning, depicted via AutoCAD designs where required, we will devise a scheme that ensures motorists and pedestrians are well-warned, informed, and effectively diverted ensuring a fully sterile site for the safe movement of your workspace, whilst having the minimal possible effect on passing traffic.

Health & Safety

Our Traffic Management Operatives hold NRSWA Unit 2, Manual Handling and Emergency First Aid qualifications as a minimum requirements to fulfill all client and local authority requirements, with Lantra qualifications completed as an addition.

Site photos:

We supply live site installation photos showing the traffic and pedestrian management installed as per the agreed traffic management plan. Site removal photos are also taken at the end of works to prove all equipment has been removed to avoid unnecessary fines from the local authorities. This procedure allows Paragon to internally audit each site deployed throughout the UK.

ETON (Electronic Transfer of Noticing)

Our in house Street Manager Certified team are able to upload, manage and close down EToN 6 notices for your telecommunications projects - whether it be decommissioning, maintaining or installing new equipment.

Paragon currently manage up to 350 EToN 6 notices a month with our clients, providing a turnkey service, which involves planning and agreeing dates for our clients upcoming sites.

Ultimately, we offer the peace of mind that works are going to take place legally, compliantly and effectively.

Site audits

Passing on-site audits from external and internal auditors is something we pride ourselves on. We understand a failed audit from any contractor whilst on-site can have a major impact on our clients' ability to secure further workloads in the future.

Paragon have robust working procedures in place to ensure sites are set up in accordance with the agreed traffic management plan. We make sure the correct documentation is available to view on-site, along with the qualifications held by our operational personnel who will be delivering the client's traffic and pedestrian management requirements.
